Join an intimate group of 4-6 women who have experienced infidelity or a relationship betrayal. This is a space for community, self-compassion, and exploration. Together we offer support to one another as we navigate the complexities of healing.
Who is This For:
Women who have been hurt by any type affair/betrayal including: lying, hiding information, partner not disclosing information, in addition to, sexual and emotional cheating.
25+ years old.
all relationship types welcome: married/partnered, single, divorced/separated and those undecided in ending or beginning a new relationship.
Looking for Clarity and Community: You want to be among women who are invested in building self-trust and clarity in their lives.
What to Expect:
Meetings are held bi-weekly over 6 weeks
Facilitated therapeutic support: Kayla offers gentle guidance, therapy and structure to spark thought and conversation. You have permission to share as much or as little as you like.
Emotional Processing: opportunity to express worries, fear, frustration, hope and uncertainty.
Group Offerings: Based on the needs of the group, there is space of learning and sharing external resources to support one another.
Duration: 6 meetings total, Tuesdays 2:30p-3:45pm
Gathering Dates: February 17th, March 3rd, March 17th, (skipping March 31st), April 7th, April 21st, May 5th.
Location: Virtually
Cost: $50 per session ($300 total)
**Reduced rate slots for those without health insurance coverage, financial insecurity and/or struggling to pay for basis necessities
