Who I Enjoy Working with
-

People in the mental health and helping professions who pour a lot into others and their community.
As someone who engages in therapy and community care-I know how liberating it feels to find a space where I can center my own needs and not think about others.
-
Whether it’s building Lego sets, coloring— or a professional singer. I enjoy discovering ways clients can use their talents for self-care, therapeutic exploration and healing practice.
We are shaped and influenced-not only by our family, but the systems around us. Those who have generational stories of violence and oppression need spaces to find their joy, resilience, and hope.
